Here is the question which came to my email:

Incorporating here at the end of year….will I have to pay the state another $125 in Jan. for my list of directors if I pay in November at start up?

Every state is different, but when we talk about Nevada the annual fee is paid at the anniversary date of incorporation. For example if you start your corporation in November than the next $125 annual fee will be also paid in November next year.
