Dear Robert,

I will personally recommend any person to visit IncParadise
for incorporation and mail you to get the banking done. During
the early days when I wanted this done, I fired a mail to Citi
Small Business Center and they got back to me saying call them
on their toll-free. Same with many other banks. They simply want
customers to bank when they are on work, rather than when
customer can do so. But you were different, you mailed me even
on the New Year Day, which was a holiday.

It’s people like you who change the perception of any client who
does banking with Citi, or with any other bank / organization.
