Nevada Secretary of State lowered corporation and LLC filing fees from $175 to $75. Most of the other fees went up. Lower state filing fees allowed EastBiz.com (www.incparadise.com) to lower incorporation fee from $383 to $283. All changes were effective November 1st, 2003.
