Name of Company

Capital Stock Information
State filing fee is based on the value of the total number of authorized shares stated in the Articles of Incorporation. For the purpose of computing the filing fee, the value (capital) represented by the total number of shares authorized in the Articles of Incorporation is determined by computing the sum of number of shares multiplied by the par value.  Oklahoma will require a minimum filing fee of $50.  The fee is otherwise calculated at $1.00 per $1,000.00 on the total authorized capital.  No par shares will be calculated at $50 for each share for determining filing fees.
