corporation in your state. The corporate name must contain one of the following
words of incorporation or an abbreviation thereof: Company, Corporation, or

| Capital Stock Information |
Florida
makes no restictions on the number of shares or par value of company stock.
For profit corporations must have stock.
Par Value is simply the lowest price at which a share of stock can be sold.
Stock must be sold for at least this value or the owner of the stock can face
liability. With low par value stock or no par value stock this liability is
minimized. The par value has nothing to do with the actual value of the stock.
The actual value would be determined by fair market value (what someone is
willing to pay for the stock) or book value (an accounting method looking at
assets less liabilities = value of equity). If you do not know what to fill in
we will use by default 1,000 shares with 1 US$ par value. |
