For Profit Corporation Name

The name of the corporation shall contain the word "Corporation," "Incorporated," or an abbreviation. If the
corporation is a banking corporation the words "Bank," "Banking," or "Bankers" may be used. The name may not
contain language stating or implying that the corporation is organized for a purpose other than that permitted by the
articles of incorporation. The name cannot be the same as or deceptively similar to the corporate name of a
domestic corporation or a foreign qualified corporation.
Domestic For-Profit Corporations are required to reserve a corporate
name by calling our Corporations Call Center at 334-242-5324 or fax
(334-240-3138) your request to the Corporations Division. Be sure to
provide the name you wish to reserve, the complete address and phone
number of the individual requesting the name reservation, the county
where you plan to file your Articles of Incorporation and the nature
of your corporation's business.
File the original and two copies of the Articles of Incorporation and the
Certificate of Name Reservation in the county where the corporation's
registered office is located.
The Probate Judge will collect the Secretary of State filing fee.

- The name of the
corporation.
- The duration of the
corporation is “perpetual” unless otherwise stated.
- Which purpose(s) the corporation has
been organized for.
- The number of shares which the
corporation shall have the authority to issue.

The street address (NO PO BOX) of the registered office
and the name of the registered agent at that office.

The name(s) and address(es) of the Director(s).

The name(s) and address(es) of the Incorporator(s).

Signature of Incorporator.

Any provision that is not inconsistent with the law for the regulation of the internal affairs of the corporation
or for the restriction of the transfer of shares may be added.
